Returns
We will gladly accept returns for products purchased at Savvy upon receiving the returned item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact a Savvy Coordinator at 818.597.0779 to inform us of your return. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Contact Savvy at 818.597.0779 to notify us of your return.
2. To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
3. Product MUST be ¾ full in original packaging to be accepted for a refund.
