- In-Style rewards have no cash value and are based on the purchase price services and in-salon products, excluding taxes and gratuity.
- Points must be redeemed by 12/31 of the following year in which they are earned, ex. 2009 In-Style Reward points are redeemable through 12/31/10.
- Points may not be used for gratuities.
- Program rules, guidelines and terms subject to change, at the sole discretion of Savvy Salon & Spa.
- Points may be earned with services provided by select stylists only.

- If this is your first visit to Savvy, please arrive 15 minutes prior
to your first scheduled appointment so we can get you checked in and
familiar with Savvy Salon & Spa.
- All will agree: time is our most valuable asset. Please
provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an
appointment, 48 hours if 3 or more services are scheduled. "No shows"
and cancellations after the required time will be charged for the treatment
scheduled (credit card will be charged or gift certificate redeemed).
Booking an appointment at Savvy is an acknowledgement of these terms.
- Savvy Spa is a sanctuary for the body, the mind and the
eardrums! Please turn off the ringers on cell phones and pagers, and
speak softly.
- Savvy Spa: To maintain our relaxing atmosphere in the spa,
we ask that you not bring children under 13 years old to the Spa (with the
exception of teens coming for acne treatments). Children under 16
having treatments must have an adult in the treatment room with them.
All children under 18 must have an adult sign the initial consultation
form.
- For the comfort of our guests and the safety
of children, please do not leave your children unattended. Children may
only be in the Savvy Kids! salon while having services performed.
- We maintain a no smoking policy in and around
our establishment
- Your salon & spa fee does not include gratuities. If you liked
your service, it is customary to tip your technician (s). Our guest services
representatives can provide guidelines if you like.
- If the bank refuses a check, we will assess a $15
service charge.
- We will gladly accept any
merchandise return for store merchandise credit only, within 14 days of
purchase accompanied by receipt of purchase. Customized hair extensions may not be returned or exchanged.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your salon or spa service, we will gladly re-do your service within 7 days of your original service date. Refunds are not issued. Customized hair extensions may not be returned or exchanged.
- Our trained stylists,
therapists & estheticians are here solely to help improve your health, body
and psyche. If a stylist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately,
they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
Savvy Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at
our discretion.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Savings may not be combined with any other sale or special offer. Special offers or savings not applicable to prior purchases.
- Savvy Salon & Spa accepts MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, pre-printed personal checks (w/proper ID) and US currency.
- Please note, some stylists operate independently within
Savvy Salon. As such, their pricing, supplies and policies may differ from
Savvy's published policies.
